Verify that you have the Latest version of WP PRO Quiz installed. Also make sure you have the latest installed version of Java, PHP, Wordpress, Jquery.
If there is still a problem, try changing the wordpress theme, and start disabling other plugins to rule out there is not a compatibility issue with another plugin.
